The total duration of the event - 5 nights/6 days

STRUCTURE OF THE SYMPOSIUM

Competition in the form of presentations (Team of 15 Students per college or University).
Guest Lectures, panel discussions and interactions with industry experts.
Unique Industry visits to provide students an insight of sustainability, innovations, technology advances.
Felicitation, Awards and Closing ceremony.

Program Cost - Ex. Mumbai Airport - Rs. 80,000 + 5% GST
(Ahmedabad students are requested to fly from Mumbai airport.)
Ex. Delhi or Ex. Bangalore airport Rs. 90,000 +5 %GST

Program Cost Includes

Return economy class airfare as applicable.
Visa and insurance.
5 nights/6 days stay on a triple share basis in deluxe three/ four star property.
Five buffet breakfast + five lunches + five dinners.
All transportation as per the itinerary including airport drop and pick up.

PROGRAM ITINERARY FOR TENTATIVE ARCHITECTURE SYMPOSIO

Day 1

Arrival in Dubai at 11 pm. Post arrival proceed for immigration and baggage collection. Proceed for Check in and freshen up.

No meals included

Day 2

After Breakfast students will proceed For the Dubai City Tour.
Depart from hotel to visit the most iconic attractions of the Middle East - Dubai Frame (photo-stop), then we will proceed to Jumeirah beach - Burj-Al-Arab (photo stop), Palm Island The Pointe.
After the tour students will procced to the Museum Of The Future (entry fee 150 DHS included) for a visit. Later proceed to Dubai mall and photo stop at Burj Khalifa and witness water dance in the air at the Dubai Fountain - enjoy the lights, music and sheer beauty of this spectacle.

**Students can also go to the 124th floor of Burj Khalifa as a part of the optional tour and see the mesmerising city of Dubai from an ariel view.

Day 3

After breakfast, will proceed for symposium. Followed by lunch in the afternoon post which students will go for Desert Safari.
Drive across the sand dunes on a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Watch a glorious sunset over the desert, BBQ dinner later depart from Desert camp and arrive at hotel.

Day 4

After breakfast, students will proceed to the Dubai Expo City and explore the main Pavilion - Terra - The Sustainability Pavilion - This engaging, playful and reflective experience is designed to take visitors of all ages on an emotional journey to understand their impact on the environment and empower them to build a brighter future. Terra - The Sustainability Pavilion is LEED Platinum Certified and designed to be Net Zero in Energy and Water.
Post lunch we will proceed to Etihad Museum. It is a historical landmark in Dubai. It showcases the country’s rich history and culture through interactive exhibits, multimedia displays and artefacts.
Later in the evening proceed to the traditional wooden Dhow Cruise and savour a dinner watching the marvelous iconic sights of the Dubai Creek.

Day 5

After breakfast, Sharp at 8:00 am depart from the hotel. Proceed to Abu Dhabi on a day trip from Dubai - visit Masdar City. A groundbreaking eco-friendly urban development post that the iconic Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the marvelous Emirates Palace (Photo Stop), Etihad Tower (Photo Stop) and President Palace (Photo stop) followed by lunch.
Post lunch visit the Ferrari World. The visit is limited to visitors' Gallery of Ferrari world only.
Students have an option to explore the Ferrari World. (at their expense at AED 280).
On the way back to the hotel enjoy Indian dinner.

Day 6

After breakfast, we will Checkout from hotel at 12noon. Free time for students for shopping. Students will be provided with lunch supplement so they can enjoy lunch of their choice. After lunch depart for the airport and on the way stop for dinner and for the flight to your destination. Have a safe Flight!

Undoubtedly UAE and especially Dubai has gained accolades for its architectural innovations, an excellent place for events, and tourist attractions.

Dubai is the centre point for citizens in MENA, CIS countries and India.

UAE has made great efforts in climate change and the COP 28 is held in Dubai.

The Dubai expo has been the world's most interesting EXPO among all expos held earlier in terms of the scale and features.

The Dubai program cost is more affordable from students and their parents' perspective than Europe and even compared to the Singapore - Malaysia.

No visa issues - Very simple online process, no appointments to be taken, no personal attendance at VFS, no documents to be submitted.

Wheel Of Innovations has built a strong base and network in UAE in the past 12 years.

Around 1500 students participate in Dubai program every year through Wheel Of Innovations.

In Feb, March, and April 2024 around 1500 students are expected to participate in Dubai program.

Wheel Of Innovations has excellent volume contract rates with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.

Participating students' will get to know opportunities for Internships and Jobs in UAE and GCC countries.
