Duration and Schedule of Symposium

The total duration of the event - 5 nights/6 days

STRUCTURE OF THE SYMPOSIUM

  • Competition in the form of presentations, topics will be given by EEG and UNAI (Team of 10 Students per school)
  • Competition will be in two forms.
    • Preparation and presentation of the topic (given by EEG and UNAI) in the form of PowerPoint presentation.
    • Poster presentation
  • Guest Lectures, panel discussions and interactions with industry experts.
  • Unique Industry visits to provide students an insight of sustainability, innovations and technology advances.
  • Felicitation, Awards and Closing ceremony.

Program Cost
Ex Mumbai airport Rs. 85,000 + 5% gst.
(Schools from Ahmedabad are recomended to fly ex Mumbai)
Ex New Delhi or Bangalore airport Rs. 95000 + 5% gst.

  • First half Inaugural function of the symposium, guest lectures and competitions
  • Second half Dubai City tour and Dubai Mall Fountain and Burj Khalifa (Photo Stop)Visit to at the Top, Burj Khalifa and Aquarium will be optional.

    • Day 3

  • First half Guest lectures and competitions.
  • Second half Two Industry Visits.

  • First half Concluding session of the symposium, prize distribution.
